getting started

EBL is selective and provide installation services for tours which are part of professional organizations. An eye towards "doing things right", is a must as tours represent and use fall protection systems and life lines. Tours require commercial procedures that ensure client safety, comfort, and well being. Ongoing challenges will include, but not be limited to tour changes due to weather and other climatic changes, line / trail / environment maintenance, and training and development for new employees, to name a few. EBL will become an ongoing resource and partner to assist your organization with these tour related issues.

How to proceed:
EBL works hand in hand with clients in a logical procedure which ensures an understanding of tour and business objectives and installation parameters. In most cases these procedures also double as an education component to the tour company, as EBL leverages our experiences to better fulfill and aid the client with tour operational criteria. As EBL is the leader in US installed and consulted courses, we are well versed in tropical, mountains, rain forest, snow, elevation, and arid environments. Our past investments in professional engineering, course design, installation practices, business models, safety equipment selection, testing, and day to day operational experience, all will be leveraged to aid you with your business plan. You will learn in a matter of months which EBL has developed and invested in over many years to acquire. With EBL as your contractor, you are never "going it alone" and we will be here for you after the installation is completed.

As with any new business venture, there are many questions and considerations to address. No two courses are designed the same and each location presents unique challenges and opportunities for a fabulous tour. After an initial, no cost, intake procedure, EBL designers will conduct a site visit to determine site feasibility, exam topographic features, assess tree health and viability, discuss business plans, and draft a site plan and layout design. Course tend to take on a life of there own and develop through proper planning, design, construction practices, and the resources the site location has to present. EBL designers are able to cross reference blue prints and computer projections, into a unique, reality based tour, adjusting for environmental challenges that may present themselves during tour installation.

"An excellent tour is not simply created by
adding zip lines, but rather by tasteful installation
merged with professional operations.

As you begin to determine site locations and
terrain features, benchmark key areas you wish for
your tours to focus educational content on for the
benefit and understanding of your clients.
This only serves to enrich the overall experience
and offers a memory customers cannot
receive anywhere else."

A zip tour will be an investment in your overall business portfolio of services. EBL may provide you with an estimate after an initial site visit and address issues of your investment and expense. Local resources may be identified to assist in tour installation and ongoing service.
